The IVA information centre have released a report that outlines the merits of the procedure and the extreme benefits it can hold for many UK consumers.
The report comes in wake of fresh criticism of debt management companies who recommend IVAs to consumers to suit their own interests.
However, the website have once again thrown their weight behind the procedure commenting: "Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) are growing in popularity and are in reality a tremendously efficient method of dealing with overwhelming debts for many people."
