Those expecting the demand for the IVA to weaken in 2007 have been dealt a massive blow after new findings uncovered that the number of people struggling with debt is on the increase.
January was a bad month for many people as they struggled with personal debt following excessive Christmas spending.
There were 83,000 more debt concerns in the UK during the first month of 2007 than last January according to Citizens Advice.
