A meeting is to be held in order to discuss the merits of both the IVA and personal bankruptcy during the credit crunch, with benefits and drawbacks of the two procedures assessed.
The meeting, to be held on the 2nd of May at Covent Garden will talk about which course of action is better for specific cases and the latest developments regarding the IVA.
An expert panel has been compiled with representatives from Grant Thornton, the Bankruptcy Advisory Serives and the Institute of Credit Management all expected to be present.
