As the UK gears up for another cold winter, the government have taken steps towards helping people reduce their fuel bills and minimise their debt problems.
Gordon Brown has announced plans to increase the amount of money the elderly receive towards their winter fuel bills as well as offering cut price insulation to the poorest families.
However, Age Concern and a number of other charities believe the government must do more and say that capping the amount energy suppliers can charge is the most popular solution amongst the public.
