New research from AXA has found that the number of consumers lying to their partners about their debt problems is increasing.
The group found that a third of consumers have lied to either their partners or family members about the amount of personal debt they have.
Psychologist Andrew Kinder believes this can only lead to trouble and advises people to reconsider their options. "Unburdening your financial transgressions can be a crucial first step to taking better control."
