Norton Finance have commented that debt consolidation help might be the best way forward, as the IVA procedure comes under further scrutiny.
The CAB spoke out against IVAs recently in a local newspaper stating: "Borrowers should be cautious taking out individual voluntary arrangements (IVAs), as many companies are mis-selling them to consumers in situations where they might not be the most suitable option."
Norton finance responded by saying debt consolidation loans might suit many consumers better.
