A new fixed rate credit card from the Co-Operative Bank could offer some key features to help consumers reduce the risk of credit card debt.
The plastic offers a rate of just 9.9% with up to 46 days interest free credit available. The group believe this will offer consumers lower repayments, meaning they can pay back what they owe quicker than with competitor plastic.
Unfortunately, the card is only available to those over the age of 25 and with an income of over £25,000 meaning young people in particular will be frozen out of the deal.
