Credit card provider Capital One have been fined £175,000 and warned about their future conduct for not treating British consumers fairly.
The Financial Services Authority (FSA) have slammed the company for not providing customers with adequate information on Payment Protection Insurance, but concede the group are trying to remedy the situation.
